Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

You may request a refund for purchased credits based on the quantity of unused credits. Submit your request to the support email published on our website, including the account used for the order, order number, number of credits to be refunded, and reason for the request. We will respond with the outcome within 72 hours of receiving your request.

Refund Process and Timing

We will verify the order, credit usage, and refund eligibility. Once approved, we will deduct the corresponding credits from your account and return the refund to your original payment method. Funds typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days, subject to the processing times of your payment provider or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Items and Circumstances

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for a refund:

• Credits that have been used, consumed, or redeemed.
• Full Backlink packages, Curated packages, and Premium packages.
• Accounts suspended, restricted, or terminated for violating these Terms, abusing the service, or fraudulent activity.
• Situations where a refund is prohibited by applicable law or where the payment provider has already completed dispute resolution.

Except as expressly provided in this Refund Policy, fees that have been paid are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the service during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
